1. General Overview

 

Noor De Soie is a bespoke design studio offering made-to-order furniture and soft furnishings, including custom headboards, cushions, benches, and interior styling services.

All items are crafted to order, and as such, variations in texture, colour, and finish may occur — an inherent part of the artisanal nature of our work.

2. Eligibility

 

By using our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

If you are using the site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

 

 

 

 

3. Orders & Custom Work

 

a. Order Process

Orders can be placed through our website, email, or design consultation. Once an order is received, we will provide confirmation outlining your selected materials, dimensions, and any design specifications.

 

b. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

No refunds or exchanges are permitted once production has begun, except where required by law.

Clients are responsible for confirming dimensions, fabric selection, and finish approval before production. Minor variations may occur due to fabric dye lots, natural materials, and artisanal craftsmanship.

 

c. Lead Times

 

Estimated production timelines are provided at the time of order but are subject to change due to material availability, logistics, or supplier delays. We will notify you of any significant changes.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and US dollars (USD) subject to order location, unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be added at checkout or upon invoicing.

We accept payment via secure online processors or direct invoicing. Payment in full is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed orders will not be affected.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

We ship within Canada and the United States through trusted carriers and local delivery partners.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

• Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

If delivery is delayed beyond our control (weather, carrier issues, etc.), we will communicate promptly but cannot be held liable for third-party delays.

 

 

 

 

6. Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

 

• Custom orders: Non-refundable once production has started.

• Ready-made items (if offered): Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt in original, unused condition, less shipping costs.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation for consideration.

7. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

 

We make every effort to ensure all product information, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, variations in colour or texture may occur depending on fabric batches, lighting, and screen displays.

 

We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors at any time and to refuse or cancel any order placed with incorrect information.

 

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content on our website — including text, photography, product designs, graphics, and logos — is the intellectual property of Noor De Soie and is protected under Canadian and U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

 

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noor De Soie and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
